For Those Who May Need Help:
If you're registered with LifeLink and someone scans your biometrics during a crisis, only your pre-designated emergency contacts and our authorized MHI-Response teams receive your identity and medical information. The person helping you remains anonymous to you, and you remain anonymous to them—yet help still reaches you instantly.
Secure Information Flow:
The app records the exact location where assistance is needed, but this sensitive information flows only to two places: your emergency contacts and our professional MHI-Response teams. The helper who initiated the response never gains access to your personal data.
