Welcome to Mind Haven Innovations ("MHI", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website mindhaven.co.za and our services, including the LifeLink app (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Service.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our Service.

Our Service is designed to connect helpers with those in need through the LifeLink app. The app enables users to report emergencies, alert emergency contacts, and mobilize MHI Response teams. The app also includes a reward system for helpers.


7. Emergency Response

MHI Response teams are third-party professionals who assist in emergency situations. While we strive to provide timely and effective support, we cannot guarantee the availability or response time of MHI Response teams or emergency services.


8. Reward System

Helpers may earn monetary rewards for their assistance. The reward system is subject to change at our discretion. Rewards are not transferable and may be subject to applicable taxes.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MHI or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our content without our prior written consent.


10. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.


11. Limitation of Liability

MHI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service.
