What you can request

• Access to a record held by us (PAIA s50)
• Confirmation of / access to your own personal information (POPIA s23)
• Correction or deletion of personal information (POPIA s24)
• Objection to processing (POPIA s11(3))
• Opt-out of direct marketing / withdrawal of consent (POPIA s11(2)(b), s69)

Completed forms may be emailed to [email protected].

Timelines & fees

• We respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request (PAIA s56).
• This period may be extended once by up to a further 30 days, with written notice to you (PAIA s57).
• Requests for your own personal information carry no request fee.
• Other PAIA requests may attract the prescribed fees set out in the PAIA Regulations; you will be told of any fee in advance.
